Kristen Godett is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in internal medicine and transplant medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas State University in 2021.
Kristen brings a patient-centered approach to care, drawing on her extensive experience in managing complex medical conditions while supporting overall wellness. She has a special interest in health, nutrition, and preventive care, and is dedicated to empowering patients through education and personalized treatment plans.
We are pleased to announce that Kristen will also be offering women’s annual wellness exams at Blue Agave Functional Medicine.
To ensure timely review of your results and appropriate medical care, a mandatory 30-minute follow-up appointment must be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after any New Patient visit.
If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled, review of results and medical recommendations may be delayed due to provider availability.
By proceeding with scheduling, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to schedule this required follow-up appointment and understand that failure to do so may result in delayed follow-up and/or delay in care.
