How to File a Complaint with the Texas Medical Board

Blue Agave Functional Medicine prioritizes your health and satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding medical services received via telemedicine, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board (TMB).

As required by the Texas Medical Board:

Complaints about physicians, as well as other licensees and registrants of the Texas Medical Board, including physician assistants and acupuncturists, may be reported for investigation at the following address:

Mandatory Follow-Up Requirement

You MUST schedule a mandatory 30 minute Follow Up visit NOW for any New Patient visit booked online. This appointment should be at least two weeks from your New Patient visit to allow time for results. 

If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled, review of results and medical recommendations may be delayed due to provider availability.
