Timothy Hunt, PA-C was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and moved to the New Braunfels area in 2021. He went to Health Careers High School with aspirations of becoming a laboratory scientist. After graduation he completed his Bachelors of Clinical Laboratory Science at UT Health Science Center in 2004.
PA Hunt worked in Phase 1 oncology research before moving into monitoring and managing clinical trials in the fields of wound care and ENT. He then entered Physician Assistant school and graduated in 2013 and was president of his class. Since then he has worked in primary care/internal medicine in San Antonio and New Braunfels and also three years with the VA as a contractor for their community-based outpatient clinics. He most recently worked in a specialty environment for men’s and women’s hormones, weight loss and varicose veins.
PA Hunt, his wife and two children live in Marion and has been practicing in the New Braunfels area since 2017. He enjoys teaching other midlevel providers as adjunct faculty for UT Health. Family time is important to him as well as playing and building guitars.
To ensure timely review of your results and appropriate medical care, a mandatory 30-minute follow-up appointment must be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after any New Patient visit.
If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled, review of results and medical recommendations may be delayed due to provider availability.
