Janice Yates, MSPAS, PA-C, brings a cardiology background and a passion for functional, root-cause medicine to her patient care. She and her family spent over 10 years living overseas, traveling to more than 40 countries together. Outside the clinic, she keeps her family active with sports and outdoor adventures, living out the same whole-body approach she brings to her patients.
You MUST schedule a mandatory 30 minute Follow Up visit NOW for any New Patient visit booked online. This appointment should be at least two weeks from your New Patient visit to allow time for results.
If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled, review of results and medical recommendations may be delayed due to provider availability.
