Kristen Godett is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in internal medicine and transplant medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas State University in 2021. Kristen brings a patient-centered approach to care, drawing on her extensive experience in managing complex medical conditions while supporting overall wellness. She has a special interest in health, nutrition, and preventive care, and is dedicated to empowering patients through education and personalized treatment plans. We are pleased to announce that Kristen will also be offering women’s annual wellness exams at Blue Agave Functional Medicine.

Mandatory Follow-Up Requirement

You MUST schedule a mandatory 30 minute Follow Up visit NOW for any New Patient visit booked online. This appointment should be at least two weeks from your New Patient visit to allow time for results. 

If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled, review of results and medical recommendations may be delayed due to provider availability.
